PROCEDURES |
- Completely
fill out a
Return Material
Authorization
(RMA) form including what is wrong with your motor. Do not
assume we know what the problem is even if you spoke with someone on
the phone about it. If you don't have a printer, please answer
all the questions on a plain piece of paper.
- Please
contact us
for your RMA
number and write the number in the appropriate box on on the
form.
- Please
package your product for safe transport (with your
RMA Form)
to our office at: 2827 88th Avenue NE | Bellevue | WA | 98004.
Free shipping boxes are available at the US Post Office for Priority
Mail service which costs $4.75 for the first pound to be delivered
from anywhere in the United States.
- Once we receive
your motor, we will immediately send them to the MEGA Motor factory
in the Czech Republic for repair. When they have been fixed
they will be returned to MEGA Motor USA with a repair price based on
parts needed.
- We will
immediately ship your motor back to you once we have received
payment (if need apply) for your repairs. If we have to call
or email you for payment please add another week to your repair
time.

REPLACEMENT MOTORS |
- For those in a
hurry, we offer exchange motors WHEN AVAILABLE. For a
flat fee, we take your motor and give you a previously repaired
motor.
- Follow the
same procedures listed above and write on the
RMA Form
that you want an "Exchange Motor."
- Fees:
ACn16=$55.00 ACn22=$70.00 RC400=$45.00
RC600=$60.00
- Motors with cut
shafts, flat spots on shaft, etc. may not qualify for this program.

TIMELINE |
- The timelines
listed below are only estimates. We have no control over the
time Customs takes during shipment, or the length of time it takes
to repair your motor.
- Off-peak Months
(March-August): 6-8 Weeks
- Peak Months
(September-February): 8-10 Weeks
- No RMA Form:

WARRANTY |
- The warranty
period is 2 years.
- To be considered
for repair, your motor must be purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
